Last June 11, 2016, Shangri- La properties around the world invite guests and colleagues to find their #ParadiseWithin. In a fast paced world where all get caught up with our busy lives, it’s greatly important to be reminded on how valuable our health is and crucial it is to live well.
At 5:30 am, the day kicked off with a yoga session. I have not practiced yoga for a long time so it was nice to be back on the mat again. It was challenging to figure out the poses and find your core but it’s also a reminder that Yoga is not just about mastering and perfecting the poses. Its about discipline and inner peace. As our instructor said, a mind free from worries is Yoga.
The breakfast set-up at Ocean Pavilion was beyond beautiful. As you can see, we were pampered with healthy but sumptuous food. Don’t you just wish you get to enjoy a healthy breakfast such as these every day?
